 oui, c`est pour celà que j`ai suggéré de copier-coller mon texte pour ceux et celles qui n`ont pas le temps d`écrire , c`est simple et rapide. n`oubliez pas tout de même d`y mettre votre signature à chacun(e) , c`est important.

You are right. From what i understand, there are two major cases.  One for Pierre Corbeil, and one for Madeleine Fortin.

In my opinion, they are paid to think and work things out.  If they need us to solve problems , we`ll do it. Pierre Corbeil has everything at his disposition to study what and how things are done in Ontario.  He only has to do the same .  That is so easy .... but , the positive point is, he seems to be listening ... there`s hope. Cross my fingers....

At the very begining of this forum, i`ve suggested to everybody here to send a letter by mail to the mayor of Montreal, Gérald Tremblay ... imagine him  receiving over 10000 letters in his mail box ..  that would have been shown on tv.

I hope so much, everyone will do it, this time with Corbeil and Fortin .

Calgary a leader in pet licensing

Calgary uses its pet licensing system to lead the fight against animal euthanasia.
Unlike Toronto’s system, the program boasts the compliance of most of the city’s pet owners.

“My citizens gladly pay it because their animals are coming home safe and sound,” said Bill Bruce, Calgary’s director of animal and bylaw services. “About 87% of our dogs who get lost go straight home and 55% of our cats go home. If your licensing rate is at 30%, your return rate is going to be within 5% of that.”

The city has asked residents what services they would like in exchange for paying licensing fees. The dialogue turned the act of licensing into an engaging and positive interaction.

“We do a lot to add value to the licence. It’s not ‘Licence your pet, it’s the law ... or else,’” said Bruce. “We want to see the number of impounded animals decreasing. We want to see euthanasia drop. We want to see return to owner very high. That’s the most cost-effective customer service we can give ... is to bring the lost animal home to you.”

When owners pick up their lost cat or dog, they pay $40 to cover the cost of caring for the animal.

“It’s making sure every nickel is going back into animals in the community. I don’t get any tax dollars to run animal control. It’s all funded through this,” he said.

Some of the money — $250,000 — has been sent to their local Humane Society to help develop animal training programs.

The licensing program also funds a free animal sterilization program for low-income Calgarians which reduces the number of unwanted pups and kittens.

“We have very low euthanasia; we have low dog aggression; we have no breed bans; we have no pet limits ... It’s a very open, collaborative system we’ve built to try to rebuild trust with my community to animal services,” he said.

The city established a rewards program card in 2010 for residents who pay annual fees and keep their pets out of trouble.

Card recipients can log on to Iheartmypet.ca to obtain discounts for everything from oil changes to clothing.

“You get one blouse and you’ve already got the value of your licensing back,” said Bruce.

OÙ EST L`ORDRE DES VÉTÉRINAIRE ? ... APPELLEZ-LES , VOUS CONSTATEREZ QUE VOUS COGNEZ À UNE PORTE BIEN BARRÉE ET BIEN BARRICADÉE ... INFO DE SOURCE SÛRE !! !!

 moi j'ai toujours pensé que l'Hôtel de Ville est une mafia.  C'est une énorme pieuvre qui gobe tout et engrange les profits de tous ceux qui en font partie.  Ici c'est aux dépens des animaux.  Ils ont choisi leurs cibles qui ne peuvent s'exprimer.   Quelle honte!

 c'est une énorme pyramide.  elle est solide et coriace.

Ils sont tout surpris qu'on ait deviné leurs entourloupettes.  Quand il s'agit des animaux tout leur semble permis, même ceux qui ont étudié en la matière.  C'est dégueux!  J'ai honte!

Soyons la voix des animaux!  Plusieurs ont été humiliés devant leurs semblables, ils ont été martyrisés sans pitié et même avec sadisme, ils ont été jetés aux vidanges avec mépris.  

Ces gens ne méritent tout simplement pas de travailler là.  Les animaux ne sont pas des objets ni de la marchandise passée date que l'on jette aux vidanges.  Plusieurs ont besoin de reviser leurs notes lors de leurs études en la matière, car il font tout simplement fausse route.  S'en prendre à plus petits est d'une bassesse sans nom.

Écrivez .. écrivez ... écrivez ... il faut presser le citron ... faut pas lâcher. C`est le temps maintenant. AUJOURD`HUI .
Ne vous cassez pas la tête à vouloir écrire des pages pleines si vous êtes en manque d`inspiration, l`important, c`est d`écrire une phrase, quelques mots , mettre ça dans une enveloppe et voilà .

Il faut qu`ils recoivent le plus grand nombre d`enveloppes possibles . Là, ils constateront qu`on est une gang à exiger des changements au plus vite.
